From Peg Knoch-Casey:

Here are some brags for the NKC web site. All are Australian Cattle Dogs and are breeder/owner/handled (except in brood bitch and ext generation where I needed more hands). Thanks.

Ellie earned her CD at the Newnan Kennel club show on 9/25/05. Her new name is:
CH Jilaroo Dawn's Early Light CD PT HSAc STDsd ATDc RTDc VQW CGC.

Dawn earned her Register of Merit. This is an extremely high honor as the ACDCA (our parent club) has only 41 ROMs. To qualify the applicant dog/bitch must have earned their Championship, Companion Dog and Herding Started titles AND have produced offspring with their CH, CD and HS titles. Dawn has only whelped 2 pups so Ellie had to earn all of the titles. Dawn's new name is CH Jilaroo Reveille At Dawn CD HSAs STDs JHDs VQW CGC. Dawn is ranked approximately #20 or #21 in the ROM listings. She is also ranked #8 in the ACDCA Herding All Stock Stats for the club year Sept 2004 to Aug 2005. All of her points came from only 2 trials, one of which she was Reserve High in Trial.

We did very well at the Australian Cattle Dog of America National Specialty in Lebanon, TN in Oct.
Ellie won 1st in Versatility Bitch, 2nd in Herding Titled Bitch and 4th in Brood Bitch with Jilaroo Dancin "N The Moonlight (Danny) and Jilaroo Moonlight Sonata (Sonny).
Danny won 1st in Aust. Properties 3 to 6 Puppy Dog and 2nd in 6 to 9 Puppy Dog (regular classes)
Sonny won 2nd in Aust. Properties 3 to 6 Puppy Dog behind his brother.
Jilaroo Moonlight Reflection (Lexi) won 3rd in Aust. Properties 3 to 6 Puppy Bitch.
Dawn, Ellie and Danny won 4th in Extended Generations (3 generations).

Winterwood's Blueberry Smoothie(aka Legs) was WB/BOW from bred by for a 5 point major at the Lakeland show where her mom(Bizzie) went BOB

And the biggest brag and one I am so glad to finally have achieved,,,,,,,,, Dooly, my big red tri boy has finally gotten his breed CH. He is a working dog and best friend so it was kind of him to put up with the foo foo stuff. He finished last weekend down in Hattiesburg, MS going WD/BOS on Thursday and Friday for a pt each day and on Saturday he went WD/BOW for a 4pt major and his title. He is now officially WTCH, HTCH, DC Dooly, HSAsd, HIAs, HXAsdc,HSBs, HXBd, HTDIII, HRDIII, RTDsc, PATDsc, TT.

From Kay Moore:

Thought ya'll might enjoy seeing Callie's win shot from this weekend's ASCA show in Watkinsville, GA. She went Winner's Bitch and Best Opposite Sex (to the Best of Breed) over a dog that already has its Championship. She got another point towards her Championship with this win. The weather was absolutely lovely, and we all had a great time.

Of course Callie was far more interested in what the cows and sheep were doing at the Stockdog Trial over the hill than what she was supposed to be doing . . . oh well, we had fun!
